Sicuramente quando si sceglie una location così, venendo dall’estero - in questo caso dall’Inghilterra - si sta cercando qualcosa di unico e rappresentativo di quella che è una delle regioni più iconiche d’Italia, la Toscana. Le terre senesi, tutta quella zona è enormemente apprezzata all’estero e in Italia per una serie infinita di fattori. Dalla bellezza delle campagne, alla storia dei piccoli borghi, al fascino di posti unici. Una di queste unicità è senz’altro l’Abbazia di San Galgano.

Choosing a venue like this—travelling from abroad, in this case from England—means searching for something unique and truly representative of one of Italy’s most iconic regions: Tuscany. The Sienese countryside, and the entire surrounding area, is loved both overseas and at home for an endless list of reasons: the stunning rolling hills, the history of its tiny villages, the allure of places found nowhere else. Standing proud among them is the Abbazia di San Galgano.

Un Matrimonio Intimo. \ An Intimate Wedding

Laura e Matt hanno scelto una formula particolare, per il loro matrimonio. Un evento piccolo, ristretto e intimo. Cosa che, personalmente, amo moltissimo. Condividere una delle giornate più belle e intense della propria vita con gli affetti più cari, con le persone alle quali siamo più legati. Non un grande evento con centinaia di invitati, ma una giornata in cui è possibile rilassarsi all’interno di quella cerchia ristretta degli affetti più importanti, coi quali condividiamo la maggior parte della nostra esistenza.

Sharing one of the most beautiful and meaningful days of your life with the people you cherish the most is priceless. Instead of a huge affair with hundreds of guests, they enjoyed a day where they could relax within that close circle of loved ones with whom they share most of their lives.

In un contesto così ristretto Laura e Matt hanno scelto che non aveva senso perdere tempo in spostamenti estenuanti e lunghi. La preparazione e la festa sono avvenuti presso l’agriturismo San Galgano, posto a poco più di 200 metri dall’Abbazia. Così non si è perso tempo per spostamenti o altro. Questo è stato coerente con l’idea che avevano della loro giornata. Una festa meravigliosa passata con i loro amici e parenti. Tutto in una cornice paesaggistica e con una location dal fascino unico. Non è detto che sia il tipo di evento adatto a tutti. Ma all’interno del vostro evento cercate di strutturare una coerenza tra aspetti formali e quelli sostanziali, cioè quel che davvero volete vivere nella vostra giornata. . In questo caso la vicinanza emotiva è stata davvero coniugata perfettamente al contesto.

In a setting so compact, Laura and Matt decided there was no point wasting precious hours on lengthy, tiring transfers. Both the preparations and the reception took place at Agriturismo San Galgano, barely 200 metres from the Abbey. No time lost on the road; every moment lived to the fullest and perfectly aligned with their vision for the day: a wonderful celebration with friends and family, framed by breathtaking scenery and a venue of extraordinary charm.

This template may not suit everyone, but when you design your own event, aim for harmony between the formal aspects and what you genuinely want to experience. In their case, emotional closeness was perfectly matched to the setting.

Quel Che Conta. I Rapporti Affettivi. \ What Truly Matters: Relationships

Alla fine il segreto di un evento di matrimonio, perché riesca bene e sopratutto che vi appaghi completamente, è esattamente questo. Costruire un evento sulla base di quel che davvero conta per voi. Nel loro caso, Laura & Matt hanno dato importanza ai rapporti con le persone che davvero fanno parte della vita. Questa è stata la loro chiave. Ma ce ne sono infinite.
