Studio Nove100

The name pays homage to the masterpiece: the film by Bernardo Bertolucci. Novecento, precisely. But also to the novel by Baricco. In addition to this, the name has the meaning of a tribute. It tells of a connection to our history, culture, heritage. In a modern vision, projected towards the future, while respecting our past. We are based in Rome. But we often work outside of national borders.

About Us

Studio Nove100, founded and led by Federico Zaza.

Studio Nove100 is a Rome-based photography studio working across Italy and worldwide. We photograph weddings, portraits, and events with a discreet presence, a clear process and careful delivery.

Wedding — Time Limit

We cover the event from start to finish — with no rigid time limits.

Wedding — Delivery Times

Delivery depends on the package and options you choose.

You’ll receive a preview of 30–40 edited images within 48–72 hours after the event.

Final delivery windows (business days):

• Studio Team: within 60 business days

• Core: within 45 business days

• Edition: within 30 business days

• Signature: within 30 business days

Express delivery (within 15 business days) is available for an additional fee.

As a reference, a full wedding day typically results in around 500 images, but the final number varies depending on the pace of the day and what actually happens during the event.

Wedding — One, Two, Or More Photographers

We usually work as a team of two. It gives the story two perspectives and keeps the coverage calm and complete. Some events may require additional photographers (depending on guest count, schedule, and logistics). Others call for maximum discretion — and can be covered by a single photographer. Our base service includes one photographer. From there, the team is tailored to your day.

Wedding —When to book the service?

It would be a good rule to book the service about 12 months before the event. However, available dates can also come up very close to the actual date. One piece of advice, though. Don't rely too much on luck, especially if your day falls on a peak season date (weekends between June and September).

Portrait Session — Standard Session or Personal Echoes

Portrait sessions can be divided into two main categories. The basic sessions — outdoors or in a studio — have variable time duration, starting from a minimum of two hours. Personal Echoes sessions are a completely different experience. We will study together a coherent and important concept for you. We will explore a combination of location, lighting, outfits, mood, psychology and expectations. We will begin with a mood board to understand what to look for, which atmospheres to create, and where to move. The creative work starts beforehand and evolves into a more complex expressive structure.
